Ginataang Tilapia (Tilapia with Coconut Milk)



You need:


Cleaned Tilapia
Coconut Milk
Diced Tomatoes and Onions
Ground pepper
Ginger
Jalapeños
Pechay(Bokchoy)
Salt or Patis (fish sauce) to taste

Directions:

Combine Tomatoes, onion, Ginger, black pepper and Salt
Stuff the fish with it.
arrange pechay leaves on the bottom of the pot
Lay the stuffed fish
Cover it with more pechay leaves and sliced tomatoes on top & Jalapeños
Pour the Coconut milk
Cook until the fish is done.
Salt or Patis to taste.
